Pedal Against Poverty is less than a month away, so sign up now so you’ve got time to get those sponsors ‘rolling’ in!
As well as helping to raise money for CAFOD’s work with developing communities around the world, this year’s Pedal Against Poverty aims to draw attention to the need for all of us to make commitments to tackling climate change in our daily lives. So take some time out to appreciate the abundant greenery and wildlife of the Lee Valley country park, and help us get the message out about environmental awareness with an eco-friendly summer cycle.
The ride is coming up on Sunday, 7 June. With both 10 and 19 miles rides available, riders of all ages and abilities are welcome, so bring along the whole family for a fun and healthy day out. We ask that all riders where helmets, and that those under 16 be accompanied by an adult. Register online at pedalagainstpoverty2015.eventbrite.co.uk or contact CAFOD Westminster on 0208 449 6970 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information!
