EVENT: Rio + 20 Panel Discussion – 16 June

This summer, 20 years on from the Rio Earth Summit in 1992, government representatives from around the world will meet at a ‘Rio+20’ summit to discuss sustainable development.

We’d love you to join us and our panel……

 •             Ed Davey MP – (for Kingston & Surbiton, and Secretary of State (SoS for Energy and Climate Change) will discuss sustainable development and take questions from local people.

•             Christine Allen (Chair) – Director of Policy & Public Affairs – Christian Aid

•             Laura Taylor – Head of Policy – Tearfund

•             Hilary Gander – Transition Town Kingston

•             Alban Thurston – Project Director – Juice From Your Roof

This is a fantastic chance to raise your concerns about climate change, energy and sustainability with the man at the top, and a panel of sustainability experts!
